The race was on! The bike surged forward with bursts of speed unknown before! It's rider clung to the handlebars with hope and determination. A slight miscalculation! A sudden bump! The rider flies through the air! To her knees she lands! To her face she is propelled! Don't worry - her tooth broke the fall! Alas - the tooth also..... broke.
Too much poetry? Here it is in prose:
Bugs had a bike accident last Monday and hit the concrete with her front tooth. The tooth didn't make it. She chipped it about 75%. BUT the good news is our ward comes supplied with an excellent dentist who's office we called and 45 minutes later she emerged MODIFIED. They rebuilt her tooth - you seriously can't tell it ever happened.
So the real tragedy in all the chaos? No Pictures! Awwwwwwwwww
(Seriously though, she was extremely blessed.)
